Francesco Pellegrini, Bernardo's eldest son, manages his own restaurant with typical cuisine assisted by a young and dynamic staff, looking for simple dishes with a choice of raw materials in compliance with traditional and local cuisine.

Our young and dynamic staff do their utmost to ensure that your lunch or dinner is not just a moment of rest but also of time spent in an atmosphere of friendship, relaxation and carefree.

Typical dishes

All our first courses are prepared with fresh artisan pasta. Our vegetables and selected meats come from our surrounding area which has always been purely agricultural.

EASTER MENU



Starter

Zucchini and ricotta flan on a base of 20-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano with Mambrotta asparagus and pancetta.

First courses

Risotto with Mambrotta DOP asparagus and crispy speck, goat cheese fondue with breaded asparagus crumble.

Handmade tortelloni in green dough filled with Bronte pistachio and stracchino cheese, sautéed in a brown butter sauce with pistachio crumble.

Main course and side

Black Angus beef entrecote with honey and hazelnut crumble, served with mashed potatoes and sautéed artichokes.

Pear risotto with Pecorino Romano and honey-flavored pancetta crumble.

Sea bream turban with sautéed spinach on saffron-flavored mashed potatoes and sweet paprika powder.

Honey-marinated Iberian ham tagliata with homemade barbecue sauce and crispy oven-baked flavored potato sticks.

In our restaurant we serve Tigelle and Gnocco Fritto accompanied by cold cuts, cheeses, savory and sweet creams… nothing simpler and tastier! All this is combined with a refined selection of wines and drinks that can satisfy even the most demanding customers.

Tigelle and Fried Gnocco are handcrafted every day using high quality raw materials that guarantee the product freshness and authenticity. The cold cuts, cheeses and all the creams come from artisan companies carefully selected by Tigella Bella® with meticulous and rigorous attention to freshness and quality of food.

Healthy and artisanal fried tigelle and gnocco



Tigelle and Gnocco Fritto are handcrafted and prepared daily using carefully selected high quality raw materials.

In our products we use a few simple ingredients: soft wheat flour of Italian origin, water, vegetable oil, salt and yeast; in order to keep the authenticity of the product intact, we do not use preservatives or improvers.

The Tigelle are cooked directly at the moment, on specially designed plates, to guarantee the maximum fragrance to the final product. Our fried dumplings are cooked in hot oil at the moment to keep the quality intact. Everything is served freshly cooked accompanied or stuffed with cold cuts, cheeses, salty and sweet sauces.

Our cellar offers a variety of wines particularly suited to the dishes on offer.The Veronese area, rich in vineyards, has favored our research. Some wines come directly from the vines of our family business.
